When will I receive my order?
Turnaround varies slightly, but in most cases, it's 8-10 weeks. The turnaround time is from the time of payment until shipping. I'm in Tennessee, so depending on where you live, shipping may take from 2 days (East Coast) to a week (West Coast).
Can I send you my own fabrics?
We are not using fabrics other than the ones offered in our shop at this time.
Do you send swatches?
Yes, you may purchase a swatch from any Fabric we offer.
Best way to contact you?
The chat feature is an option M-F during normal business hours. We typically check the chat messages a couple of times a day. We are in the Central Time Zone.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club), and Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer payment plans at this time.
What are standard measurements for...
Even “standard” chairs have some slight size variations, for this reason, we provide a guide as well as videos to help you measure your own chair. It is your responsibility to correctly measure for the cushions, arm rests or ottoman cushions. I am not able to determine size from a picture of a chair. I will need the measurements in the format listed on the website.
If you want to have alterations made after the sewing is complete, return shipping will be your responsibility and an alterations fee will be assessed. Thanks for your understanding.
What are the washing / care instructions for cushions?
Glider/Rocker Cushions: Spot cleaning would be the first line of defense. However, if necessary, the cushions can be washed, according to reports I've received from customers. They would need to be washed on the gentle cycle with cold water. Lay flat to dry. In some cases, the covers can be removed from the foam cushions and laundered as above. Please be aware that we are not responsible for problems due to washing or shrinkage.
What if I change my mind after my order is placed?
Once we’ve started on your order, I am not able to issue a refund or make changes in your order, in most cases.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship orders within the USA and Canada.

By nature, a "custom" item is created with a particular person in mind. It would be very difficult to find someone who wanted the same item made in the same way. For this reason, custom items are non-refundable.
Please be aware when purchasing an item, that you are agreeing to the details as outlined in the listing as well as the terms outlined in the policies. If the listing details aren’t what you want to purchase, contact me before making the purchase.
In most cases, we are only able to make changes within 24 hours of the time the order was placed.
If you are not satisfied with any item you receive, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order and I will work with you to make it right.
Fabric swatches on a computer screen can sometimes be different than the color in real life. For this reason, if you are trying to match fabrics with paint colors or items in the room where color is critical, we strongly encourage you to purchase a swatch of the fabrics you are considering. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns due to color discrepancies.
For custom cushions, arm rests or ottoman cushions, we make the items according to the measurements you give at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to correctly measure for the cushions, arm rests or ottoman cushions. I am not able to determine size from a picture of a chair. Also, don’t forget to let me know if the ties need to be in a special location for your chair. I’m happy to make slight adjustments to accommodate your chair if you notify me BEFORE sewing begins. Please note that in most cases, we are not able to make changes 24 hours after the order is placed. For cushions, we have a +/- 1” allowance for size discrepancy. This allows for some shifting that naturally occurs during the shipping process.
Payment must be received before work will begin on your order.
I ship using FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. If your order requires a large box and you live west of the Mississippi, or a long way from Tennessee, your order might be shipped USPS Parcel Post to avoid additional shipping charges. I will, in some cases, use recycled boxes that are in very good condition. I am responsible for the package until it leaves my possession. If you would like to purchase insurance to cover it after that, let me know when you place your order. I am not responsible for packages that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address. Please be aware that an incorrect address on file AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE may delay your order or cause additional shipping fees. If you need to change your address, PLEASE do it BEFORE you make a purchase.
Weekends are my time to rest, attend church, and spend time with my family. You are welcome to contact me over the weekend, but kindly wait until Monday for a response. Thank you for your understanding!
